Pledge, no one is getting passed by you. ATO is the worst house on this campus, and is full of scoobs. Seriously, calling them mid-tier is like calling the Cleveland Browns a superbowl threat.

I'm a commuter this semester living in the city, and my 30-yr-old neighbor introduced himself to me wearing a visor with a tucked in collared shirt under his douchebag vest the other day asking if I was in a house and I said no immediately after he told me the house he was in. But obviously worst house is probably Kappa Sigma or Delta Chi or something but still...
So yeah ATO. Better than Kappa Sigma and Delta Chi. Maybe even better than Phi Psi. probably not though.
