Why is north / south Greek considered better than one or the other? They both have good and bad houses so...what's the difference? Frats and sorority wise

#1) Phidelt is not in any way, shape, or form a top house. I saw a spring pledge the other day you guys probably stole from Phi-Psi. Impressive.

#2) Phi delt has 0 strikes because if they got one they'd get their charter revoked by nationals. So in reality, they pretty much have 2 strikes.

Phidelt a top house is like calling ATO mid tier. Both probably being posted by new spring pledges regretting their choices already.
