I agree with you! Except (in my opinion) phi delt deserves at least middle tier and Fiji and I would say is middle not top...so:
Top tier in no order: SAE, LXA, DTD, SigEp
Middle Tier no order: Beta, Fiji, Ex, DU, Phi Delt
Bottom tier no order: KA, Phi Psi, Pike

There is no way delt can be considered upper tier. They have a creepy motel house, they got rejected by multiple sororities for hc and using, and they rarely do well in those types of things,

phi delt is the bottom of the middle tier, unless you'd rather be called the top of the bottom? your choice

Best of the Top: Sigep/Lambda
Next: Beta
Next: SAE
Next: FIJI

Best of the MidTier: Delt
Next: Phidelt
Next: Sigma Chi
Next: DU

Best of the Lower Tier: Pike
Next: ATO
Next: KA
Next: Phi-Psi
Next: Homeless fraternities

Just right. And to the other reply Delt is not above FIJI. Delts are overall nicer guys but FIJI has much cuter members.

I would switch SAE with Sigep. Sigep is a great house but not exactly qualified for the top spot. Also I would switch Beta with Delt. Beta used to be upper teir but their seniors are the last really good pledge class left (freshman are okay but soph and juniors are real bad) so I would say that they are top of the middle teir now.
