You are probably a scoob.
No one in REALITY disagrees that Lambda, Sigep, SAE, DU, Beta, Sigep, and Delt are in their own tier. Yes Beta has been debatable, yes every other fraternity hates DU, and yes Delt has made a huge jump these past couple years, but at the end of the day, these seven control greek life.
Sigma Chi has definitely improved a lot and will be right there in the mix in the next couple years, there's no doubt and Phi Delt tries but just isn't quite there. They get the left-overs of EVERYTHING. Think about it, sororities that didn't get asked by any of the other houses end up with phi-delt, and during rush, they DEFINITELY get the left overs. My advice, keep working and you'll get there one day.

I'm very sorry, I left off Fiji. I guess they're still with all the other good houses just all those rumors about their pledge class kind of hurt them. They definitely struggled during rush and lost a ton of guys to SAE but I'm sure they'll be fine in the long run.

There are 9 good houses with LXA and Sig Ep having in my opinion the most well-rounded guys. FIJI, SAE, and EX have the party-first guys. Delt, DU, Beta, and Phi Delt all are around the same level; and all are trying to get the well rounded guys but all having a noticeable quantity of scoobs. Honestly, out of those 4, Phi Delt has some guys who are definitely cooler than everyone else in their tier, but they do also get more rush leftovers than the other 3. They definitely don't get sorority leftovers though cause I know they just did HC with XO and won scandals with tri-delt... I think in two years Phi Delt and Delt will be much better than DU, Beta, and EX and Delt might be better than a few of the others. Just my opinion, though.
