So, you might be wondering what I'm thinking.
There will soon be a ZERO tolerance policy for alcohol. Social Events will have to end by 12 am. Females will not be allowed upstairs in houses for any reason. Fraternities as they currently stand are not in accordance with the agenda of the university, and are a detriment to the image Oklahoma wants to promote. Failure to comply with the above standards will result in a revocation of your chapter's association with the University.

Is this comment below me serious?

Who in their right mind would say KA is anywhere near Upper Middle Tier? They can't hang with ATO and PIKE, let alone Phi Delt. Phi Delt, I might add, is the reason no one can have a pool or a house dog. Delt and Lambda should be in the same tier, and toward the top. FIJI are scum, plain and simple. To say they belong in the Middle Tier is generous, and unfair to ATO and PIKE, who are actually decent guys, albeit not top fraternities by any means. Sig Ep, SAE, and Beta are all solid houses with their own strengths and weaknesses, and are all comparable. You got the bottom tier correct, except you left out AEPi, who are equally as irrelevant as the rest of them.

You have Delt and Fiji ranked too high, and DU and Phi Delt ranked too low, in my opinion. I would actually say KA is about #9, but calling that upper middle tier is quite a stretch. There is a significant difference in quality between DU/Phi Delt and KA.
