I think Beta takes this site pretty seriously

I think it's funny that even though LXA beat some girl up, DU is still hated more... DU sucks.

Houses that overall are good houses that have members who could be in any of the following (no order):
-Lambda
-Sae
-Beta
-SigEp
-Delt
-Fiji

I'm gonna have to disagree on Beta and Delt being grouped there, especially Beta's PC 10. I've met some reallyyyyy scooby guys in both of those (granted; I've met way more good than bad though). Here's my take:

Top (the Houses that overall are good houses that have members who could be in any of the following like you said and in no order):
Lambda
SAE
Sig Ep
FIJI

Mid (guys who could have been top but didn't care about reputation of the house and just chose the one they felt the most at home, or they didn't know the Greek System coming into OU well enough to distinguish between top and mid, or they just plain weren't good enough for a top but weren't bad enough for a bottom. Again in no order):
Delt
Phi Delt
Sigma Chi
Beta
DU

Bottom:
The Rest


Basically Rushees; all of the top 9 houses are good to great houses with different types of guys. Join the one you feel the most at home in since you will be living there. You can't go wrong with any of those 9 just avoid the bottom

All the fraternities pi phi listed definitely bring different things to the table. That's what is so great about OU's greek system. If you're looking to endlessly party, SAE sigma chi and Fiji are for you. If you're looking for involvement, Sigep Du and Lambda are definitely going to be your top choices and maybe phi delt if you weren't quite good enough for the others. Delt and Beta have a great mixture of guys. They aren't overly involved like some of the other houses but they aren't necessarily known to party as hard as certain one's. Overall all these houses bring something different to the table and anyone would be lucky to receive a bid from any of them and I have no doubt you would enjoy your time in any of them.

Agreed. All those 9 houses are great. I don't think many rushees look at this site, but I am going to give my take on the individual houses (not really in any order):

Lambda-The jock stereotype, but they have lots of good guys who break the mold. Rep got hurt this past semester though.

SAE-Richest and preppiest guys. Some are a little douchey. Nicer house than FIJI on the inside, not quite as big.

FIJI: Stereotypical Animal House fraternity except in the biggest and nicest house on campus.

Sig Ep: Most involved guys on campus. Good looking but kinda boring personalities. I've heard them referred to as "Fratdrones".

Sigma Chi: Stereotypical Animal House fraternity, just in a not as nice house. A few real nice guys though

Phi Delt: This is an interesting house. They get some hate from a lot of people, and maybe I'm just biased because we did Homecoming with them and some of my best friends are in it, but I think they're a very underrated house. They're good at everything (4th grades, 3rd intramurals, won Scandals, good but nothing special parties) but not known for anything. Some of the best guys on campus I know are Phi Delts, but they signed too many meh ones to get numbers up.

Delt and Beta: Similar to Phi Delt in the good at everything, but they're a bit less involved on campus but party harder than Phi Delt and Delt has better looking guys than Phi Delt but Beta is more on Phi Delt's level.

DU: Personally, not a fan. Known for being involved, some consider them a top house. I think they're the worst out of all 9 of these. The guys are just plain weird

As usual, Lambda Chi dominated RUSH again and continues to be the top house on campus for the last two decades. Nice job. Should dominate sports and grades again.
