I feel like there are 6 top houses now that are all kinda of tied for best house just depending on what your are looking for:

Best parties: fiji and sae
best involvment: sigep and lambda
Best all around: beta and delt

Though many DUs and phi delts would consider themselves as one of these top six. I just don't think you guys are there yet but still have many good guys. Keep up the good work!

Top 3: Beta, Lambda, SAE. There is no controversy about this. DU, Delt, SigEp and SN can complain, but these are just the facts.
