I honestly don't see how anyone could possibly disagree with this. MAYBE swapping one pair could be debatable, but that's about it.

the ONLY thing i would swap would be DU and Sig Ep. Everything else looks great. sigep just had a awful year and lost their best recruits to houses like lambda and DU. so really the desire is more with DU and lambda

I think SigEp is still better than DU. They didn't do THAT badly this year; they got 3rd in Using and 2nd in Homecoming, come on. Yes they got a tiny pledge class but the guys are higher quality than the guys in DU's pledge class. Just because DU's PC09 has four super-involved guys in it doesn't make up for the rest of the PC, which is full of stoners/alcoholics/burnouts/scoobs.

There's guys in every single house that I like. There are nice, successful people in every single house. It's just how it is :)

top 3: Lambda, Sae, Sigep.
next comes DU, sigma chi. fiji. and maybe beta.

Who else cares about the rest.
just because they have a handful of cool guys you know in them doesnt make them a good house.
