No one believes they are a top house at OU anymore. They can try to convince people all they want but no one is buying it. It's quite comical actually.

Truth, they've become that somewhat decent house that no one really thinks about. If you were listing off all the houses, Beta would be the one you forget

Fiji, DU, and sigma chi are 3 houses you DO NOT want to join. Probably not SAE either. All 4 of them are on their way down really quickly. Beta is dropping pretty quickly too. Get into a house that is on the upswing and you will have a much better time.

They may be top houses but that doesn't mean they aren't going down hill. They hit the top and are bouncing back down. In 3-5 years most of those houses will be lower middle tier

Yeah they don't win using and homecoming, but they party and are actually fun to hang out with. I actually think its really strange how much other fraternities care about those events
