Because they aren’t a top house. They get the QR girls. Have bad grades and aren’t active on campus. The absolute only thing they have is some pretty girls.
APhi is constantly on here claiming top tier status. Never have been and never will be.

Sig any shouldn’t be middle. Should just be kappa sig and phi Delt. Pike and Sig Chi are close but let’s be honest they still don’t compare to these two houses. Pike takes basically any kid and Sig chi well, I’m surprised they haven’t been kicked off yet.

This is pretty close. My personal opinion is AXO is better than XO and should switch but I’m ok with this rank. But it’s just my opinion and not really arguing this
