Let’s straight talk here
There are several known trolls on here and correct me if I’m wrong
1) XO alum with AXO daughter - who spreads all kinds of rumors about pi phi, kappa, and theta & upranks both chapters & upranks both houses
2) pi phi mom/alums who spreads lots of snarky rumors about kappa specifically and perhaps others
3) kappa moms/alums who delete Those negative posts/comments
4) Tri Delta house effort to improve ranks and delete negative comments
5) Aphi house up ranking strategy
6) gamma phi upranking strategy
Who am I missing? Just trying to keep track

But the only house that is still a top house in PTK is Kappa! Theta is unproblematic but just don’t have a huge social presence. Phi Phi has been overtaken by other houses that alums and moms call middle tier. That is truth! They may be cut happy and say they are above the rest but the truth is no one really wants that house anymore. I am not digging on Theta or Pi Phi I just think houses have changed and others are getting very high return rates and better PC’s! Kappa struggled bc of their renovation but they will come back very strong. I would not sleep on the houses alums call mid tier, they are killing it. The Greek system is amazing at OU and girls will find their true fit. The constant bashing needs to stop. The alums are truly causing too much drama on here. Find a new hobby!
