I think there's three tiers:

Top (in any order): Kappa, Theta, TriDelt, ChiO, PiPhi

Middle (in any order): AXO, APhi, GPhi

Bottom: (in any order): DG, AOPi, AGD

APhi seems to think there are 3 tiers but there are only 2 tiers.
