This is how I see it based on well liked, sisterhood, and involvement.

Kappa, XO, Tri Delt, Theta
Pi Phi, AXO, GPhi, APhi
DG, AOPi, AGD

This is how most see it at OU. And in all honesty, there is very little difference between the first 2 tiers. It depends what is being used for the rank.

Not sure if XO should be ranked so high. They had a lot of openings for COB, they had a high number of girls drop. It could be because they are one of the $$ houses.

From what I hear, XO had some drops because girls either didn't fully get the money involved in being in sorority or changed their minds about attending OU. I think their drops were mostly out of state girls who dropped out. There was a girl in one of my classes from OOS who went home and a girl I met who I heard dropped to transfer schools. But I think you are right it's probably money.

Any PNM reading this PLEASE understand that sororities are expensive! DON'T RUSH if you aren't 100% committed to stay at OU! Or if can't afford it! Because we have to make cuts and you might have taken a spot from another girl!

XO actually had tons of girls drop because they hated the house after bid day. Maybe they chose XO because of that XO mom who always posts how great they are. Then they get in and it's nothing like what they'd hoped.
