Oh good lord...will these false rankings please go away.
First of all, Pi Phi is not top 2...it is 5 at best. No matter how many times the same person posts it, Kappa is TOP 2! Always has been and always will be. Just because their recruitment last year wasn't good, they still are a top house. Tri Delt is 4 AT BEST! They have fallen, quite a bit.
As for row 2...this is the order:
AXO, Aphi, GPhi, DG, AOPi, AGD
PNM's, here's the deal too. People say there are only 2 tiers. MOST agree there are 3 tiers. With that said, this is also how most see things:
Kappa, Theta
Pi Phi, Tri Delt, AXO, XO, APhi
GPhi, DG, AOPi, AGD
The middle row is basically a half a step below the top row. Not a huge difference. If there are only 2 tiers then I'd say combine the top 2 rows for a more accurate ranking. But this is my opinion and the majority of how everyone I know sees things here at OU. But this next recruitment will tell a lot of what's happening.
