if i don’t get a bid from lambda is beta or ato ok

My sister is in a top sorority and says all the top sororities love Lambda and they are considered in a class at the top by themselves. I also know they are the most difficult and selective of all the fraternities to get a bid from. I was wondering if I don’t win the lottery with Lambda should I concentrate on Beta or ATO as my backup plan and how much lower in prestige are they perceived to be compared to Lambda?. Do they still mix with the top sororities?

ΛΛΛ. NO they are not NO ONE considers Beta as prestigious as Lambda Chi. Many would say Beta is below ATO

Who is their right mind would not want to be in the most prestigious fraternity, sorority, neighborhood??... come on really!.... Lambda IS considered the top fraternity and first choice of ALL sororities to pair with. MOST prestigious, best looking, most fun just all around great guys.

Depends who you ask. I’m in a top house and so can’t stand the Lambda’s. They’re high school hero’s. And quite honestly they aren’t even good looking. Plus they have zero substance. Recent PC’s aren’t as good as the past. They’ve def declined

Lambda are definitely in a class by themselves I am in a sorority considered the top here and during a pairing we ALWAYS feel let down if we don’t pair with Lambda and have to settle for Beta or one of the lesser fraternities.

I am a Beta and like most of my brothers Lambda was our first choice but I guess we didn’t have the looks or personality they were seeking. My brothers are now glad we didn’t get that Lambda bid, we have really bonded and we found our home at ΒΘΠ and we have formed a strong brotherhood.
I know it hurts to not get a bid from your first choice but there are other options like Beta, we welcome you to join our brotherhood.

Love the Betas. Great guys. i like Lambda too. They are both really good houses but attract different types.
