I love this! I’m in a lower half gpa house but I got a 3.5 this semester. It doesn’t take but a few low gpas to tank a house.
If the rumors are true that houses drop members before grades, that could easily be the difference.

If a house is holding a 3.3, 3.4 and 3.5 overall gpa that’s something awesome to be proud of.

I appreciate this comment! I believe this is one person that has a major problem and is letting it all out on Greek Rank! I am a Aphi and love love love girls in all the houses! Letters do not matter to me when making new friends at OU! Congrats on your grades and I hope everyone has a great Spring Semester!

Thank you! I agree with this completely! I am an AXO and I have gotten a 3.4 or above every semester. School doesn't come easy for me but I work very hard every semester. Our house wants grades to be a priority but more than that they want us to be good, loyal friends to one another. Of course there are bad seeds in every house and I am not saying our entire house are good friends. I am not embarrassed that we got a 3.3 GPA. I have friends in other houses that like to act like they are better because of their grades...it makes no sense to me. We all got into OU, we all have to make certain grades to stay at OU (or at least my parents require that), we will all graduate, and hopefully we will all find jobs.
And hopefully when this experience is over, we will have made amazing friends.

So "Truth" above is right and I hope we can start spreading kindness on here instead of making our Greek system look like immature mean girls.

With there being such a small difference between the top and the bottom gpa, I think all houses got smart girls! I’ve never seen so much pettiness over a .3 difference! You guys are unreal!

It's really not the .3 different between top house Pi Phi and bottom house A Phi...it's just the fact that A Phi is ALWAYS last place

Honestly girls! Is this what you want to spend your energy on? Aphi has Valedictorians, Salutatorians and Girls who were accepted in to IVY league schools..a hand full of bad GPA’s can mess up the entire average. Facts are facts and that is a ALL true. You need to focus on your own goals and your own grades and stop losing sleep on a .3 difference. Boomer Sooner

I’m not a A Phi , I have many friends that are and your assumptions about them as a whole are not factual and based off of rumors, jealous girls and butt hurt alumni that hate that there are houses that aren’t the traditional top 5 making a name for themselves. Aphis are super cool girls that happen to be very pretty and a target for sad, small people that want to hurt others from a key board or phone.AXO’s and XO’s have been on a the radar as well and it just drives the old bats crazy! I am in a Top House and you are a embarrassment to the OU Greek System. Do your daughter a favor and quit posting on Greek Rank before you are exposed for what you are..A PATHETIC BULLY! I don't see any of those girls on here rubbing it in. I'm not in any of the top grades houses. I just want greek rank to have real info on it in case pnms take a look. It's so wrong to let them believe that grades aren't important to houses. Really they are probably the most important thing.

Have you been reading the comments or other posts. Facts are one thing, but shaming is another. How about recognize that a 3.24 overall gpa is great. It’s above a B average. So likely B’s and a few A’s. That’s excellent!

The fact is...APhi, AXO and XO are moving up. Several top houses have moved down for bully/mean girls behavior and poor sisterhoods. That is a fact! But I’m not going to call them out.

I can say that AXO and XO are involved all over. APhi has gotten involved more this year. They’re getting great girls. Maybe not the very “top” PNM’s but getting a lot of girls who fell through the cracks and they are awesome! They are also getting small town girls that people didn’t know who are also awesome! Texas girls are also wanting more than the old traditional top 5. In my hometown, people are hearing rumors of mean girl behavior and many girls don’t want to be a part of that. Being genuine is starting to take over for popular mean girls from HS. There is a house for everyone and every single house has amazing girls.

Let’s support one another rather than beat each other down. Let’s not look stupid when other schools come on here and all they see is bashing. If people are talking about you, typically it means they are threatened by you or jealous. It is only helping those houses and hurting others. Just STOP all negative talk!

You can maybe say that about APhi but not AXO. AXO is super involved.
They are represented within almost every organization on campus. One of my best friends and roommates is an AXO and I know they’re involved. They have been working hard for the last 3 years to make a name for themselves on campus. So maybe you can say that about APhi but you cannot say AXO isn’t involved. They may not be considered top tier but if there is a house that’s close lest to being top tier it’s AXO. Sorry, but that’s the truth.

Everyone agrees that AXO is more involved on campus than A Phi no doubt about it
