physical houses.

I’m narrowing my school choices and want to learn more about Greek life. Can you tell me which chapters have the best houses?

They are all great and offer a lot. There is not a single house on campus that people feel embarrassed about. Our Greek life is strong and worth getting involved with. Form your own opinions as you go through rush.

Can you tell me if the chapters with especially nice houses pass that expense on to members with higher dues and fees?

Many of the houses have an increase in dues Each year due to inflation but it is not a dramatic increase. But no if a house is relatively new or brand new a major price difference will not be reflected in new dues just because of the quality of the house.

What that person said. Most Houses build new houses and renovate from donations. In my house they don’t ask actives to donate to new houses/Renos they just alums so my guess is that’s how it is with most other sororities.

For me I didn’t really take into consideration the physical houses, I just wanted the sorority that I felt that I fit in with and could give me that true sorority experience. I have friends in almost all the houses and they are just as happy with their sorority and living in. I lived in last year and it was the best time of my college life so far
