The 4 mentioned are the top houses ChiO Kappa Theta DDD but I would put Pi Phi in the top too. Any order all the girls going through recruitment hope for one of these houses at OU if someone says differently it's because that " someone" got cut from these houses

Pi phi and chi o are friends. There's room on the top for both. The houses are friends and even doing a date party together. Both are desired houses at OU

Agree your first 5 make up the top,next 4 the middle, last 2 are lower. I don't think the actual order is necessarily correct because people have individual opinions within each tier based on personal preference but the clusters are right
