by: thetasMy roommate & I noticed something really interesting. She pulled up this site to show me some funny negative stuff that was posted on the kappa page and it has all been deleted!! She said all of the posts were true and there was no names mentioned, but looks like kappa moms got their feelings hurt and had it taken down. This post will probably be removed by them, too

It sounds like you and your roommate should get a life and actually go out and experience college instead of obsessing over every comment on this site. Freshman year passes very quickly and being stuck in your room/isolated from others will keep you from actually getting out there and making friends.

It’s interesting!!! I noticed on the same exact day someone had given our house a really bad review, another house got a glowing review within minutes! It’s pretty easy to follow and figure out who is behind posts by time stamps! And yes...certain houses definitely have someone deleting posts! The most active alums on here I believe are Kappa, GPHI, XO and PiPhi! I could be wrong but that is my opinion with following posts and comments! No hate on those houses..I truly believe it’s alums!!

Gosh, what a great business model for GR. Anytime someone disagrees with a post they can pay to have it removed? Also those are some loyal alums or moms who would pay money for that....

I agree..but it happens all the time!!! A entire thread will be deleted and it’s usually one of 3 houses!!

So you’re upset that someone deleted a rude comment? I think that says more about you than anything. Look I’m a pi phi and I don’t love the kappas, but I’m sick of all the hate thrown back and forth. I wish it would all stop, but I’m certainly not gonna be upset that someone paid money to have hateful posts removed if that is truly what happened. Go find something positive to do or make a friend outside your house.

Alumni that spend their days controlling GR IS so sad!!! If a a rude comment is posted fine have it deleted! It says something that there is so much animosity between certain houses!! Maybe the houses that have all this beef should stay off of GR! And alumni are not helping their houses..it’s just making their houses look really bad! This contributes to the rise in middle tier houses making a run on the Greek System at OU!!!

There really isn’t much animosity it’s just old alums that stir stuff up. But I don’t know why anyone would care that negative, hateful comments get deleted. I wish they would all get deleted. Its Whatever. We all know the truth.

I also wish hateful comments would be deleted, not just mean Kappa comments!! I have noticed the same thing and agree that Kappa moms & alumni spend lots of time and/or money on this site to promote that house, pretty pathetic IMO

I disagree. It’s well know who the out of line alumni/moms are, but those threads got deleted too. Kappa, from what I’ve seen, tries to stay out of it on here. If they had someone delete nasty posts, good for them. I wish my house would do the same cuz we get lots of hate on here too. Here’s an idea: how bout we just all quit with the petty posts so no one has to delete anything.

No joke! This is hilarious! No mom would spend her time on this site! I’m pretty sure someone is sad their rude comments about kappa disappeared. But I learned something new. I had no idea you could pay to have comments removed. Maybe I’ll try it!!

I truly have a hard time believing these so called alums or moms sit on GR all day. My mom couldn’t find GR online if she tried - plus I don’t think it would be worth it to her to do that in her free time....
