I feel like this house has a lot of potential. They just rushed a huge pledge class but I feel like they are in a weird spot. Thoughts?

They have a big house because it’s very easy to get a bid. They are comparable to pike

Last two pledge classes have been really good. But it’s made worse that some of the kids they bid on are weird

The house is nice. My parents actually parked there for parents weekend and said the guys were super friendly and invited them to come by and hang out later.
