rushing as a lesbian
by: KplI am a lesbian. There it’s out. What are my chances of rushing next fall? I want a great sisterhood but fear I won’t be accepted. Any houses I should focus on or am I out of luck?

You won’t be treated any differently. If you have good gpa, good conversation skills, and present yourself well you will get a bid somewhere. All the rules apply the same though, some houses cut on even a 3.5 gpa (on a 4.0 scale, the 5 point scale will be converted), some want even higher gpa, certain houses only recruit their connections, others on a certain look. But there are 7 or so houses that recruit outside those parameters.
One sorority even had a lesbian president. She gave a Ted talk I am sure you can find somewhere on YouTube.
You will be fine (or at least just as miserable as every other PNM during formal rush)🙄

ridiculous advice. All the houses have lesbians. Most just don't make a big deal out of it.
