any tips for girls that are considering spring rush?

Spring Rush is just COB in the spring. Why wait? But either way contact PAN to register. You have to register each semester. So if you registered for fall COB, you have to register again when they open up the link in the spring.

The other method is networking. Make sure all your friends in sororities know you are interested in joining a sorority. They won’t know until Total is set each semester if there group is eligible to recruit. But when they know they can give your contact info to whoever is in charge of COB for their sorority.
