restraining order

Is it true that Theta has a restraining order problem in their new PC? Two PNMs from same town & 1 has RO against the other? Surely this is BS? How could they pledge 2 with such bad blood? And how can they come within 100 feet of each other or whatever? Can this even be for real? It sounds like far fetched gossip.
