If you have only one invitation tonight, congratulations! Life is infinitely easier for you.
For those with two invitations tonight, look for the best in each house. Go in to each party with the expectation that house could be your home. Live in the moment, only think about the house you are at, looking for the best within that house. Avoid comparing them.
You must rank, but don't rank with the expectation that you are going to get your first choice. And rank with the knowledge you will have someone waiting for you tomorrow. They will have a sign with YOUR name on it. And they are going to be so excited to greet you. Whether it is your first or second choice, embrace the experience.
Also think about this from the other side. You may not know this, but the person that has your sign is so excited to meet you. They have plans and dreams for the best day of the year. And if you come to them sour, you are going to disappoint yourself, but also the person waiting for you.
So my advice is start now. Look at both houses as if you could be there tomorrow. Look for the girls you want to know better. Smile and be happy at both parties. And rank knowing how fortunate you are that 2 wonderful houses wanted you as a member. And in the end it doesn't matter which you call home, sisterhood is the goal. And you found it!
