This is probably a PNM asking because for hundreds of girls, rush has been brutal. As you can see from other posts multiple girls got 2 houses back SECOND ROUND. There were girls with no parties yesterday who went home. They are keeping some hope of a bid and are asking to keep that hope alive.
So for everyone running this poor kid down, just zip it and answer her question. She feels bad enough right now.

Any house may COB if they are under the established House Total or if they do not take quota at rush. House Total is determined after recruitment. Spring recruitment is another name for COB. No house must COB, it is their choice. Houses lose members during the year through December graduation, study abroad or HSC, transfers out to a different school, or from members dropping out or going inactive due to any number of personal reasons. The reasons don't matter, if a house goes below Total they may offer bids at any time not to exceed Total.
