kappa remodel taking three years???

Pi phi isn’t even a top house anymore. They got below quota and happened to cut in house sisters last year. They gave snap bids.... I’d rush any house above them

Pi Phi DID NOT give snap bids, flat lie but I know for a FACT that Kappa did COB in the spring as did Pi Phi & many others
but I don't blame kappa for trying to put down other houses with all of their drama over the rent-a-deb-for-a-night party that I read about and the fact that the new kappa pledge class won't be able to live in an actual sorority house let's see how that works out lololol

OKAY! ENOUGH!! KKG is s VERY OLD, established and wealthy chapter at Oklahoma. One example is Mrs. Helen Walton, wife and business partner of Sam, founder of WalMart., and an OK KKG. She’s only one of many women who have endowed our chapter with the money to grant scholarships and keep our housing up to par.
We’re currently building a new house at LSU and doing a major remodel at Ole Miss—ALL COMPLETELY PAID FOR. And none taking longer than a year and a half. Our Hdqtrs. does NOT build anywhere without the funds in place.

So—IGNORE all the lies on here. Remember, the more garbage written about a chapter the stronger and more desired that chapter is.
