i hate to be this person but they are both great houses and it is completely based on your own personal experience with the house and who you know in the house. So it is actually a horrible idea to base your opinion on them based off someone from this website. AND kappa and theta are not the only two great houses.

Listen to what the girls say at pref and decide then. You'll know. There's no way for us to tell you. Plus, for all but maybe 40 or so girls, you're not going to have those two houses exact houses at pref. So don't worry about it or listen to what people you don't know and who don't know you have to say about it.

they are both good houses, you can’t go wrong with either. But the way you will go wrong is by closing your mind off to every other house and setting your mind on one house because greek rank users told you it was better. you want to go to a house that is right for you. not because they are a “top house”. OU has a great greek system.
