by: RealityHope all PNMs are having a good recruitment and having fun, but it's getting down to the wire and here's the real deal: unless you have amazing grades, are a big-time legacy (but many times that doesn't even matter), are in pageants, cheer or pom, or are extremely rich or pretty you WILL NOT receive a bid from Kappa or Theta, and probably not ChiO, Tri Delt or Pi Phi either. Don't waste your precious time on them...cut them before they cut you so you can focus on the real houses at OU and make a decision YOU will be happy about. Don't let those houses control your experience. Trust me, they will cut you regardless of what they say.

Is completely ridiculous! Don't let some anonymous poster make a decision for you. Think about what she posted and why she posted it. She's afraid PNMs will like those 5 houses better than hers. She's asking PNMs to "cut" them because she's afraid YOU ( PNM) will get invited back to the top 5 houses. When you do, she won't get to have you back at her house. PNMs make YOUR own choices (not what your friend, roommate etc does). It's the only way you will be happy with the house that bids you. PNMs go with your heart it will never deceive you!

This is the worst advice I've ever seen on greekrank. The person posting does not know what she's talking about. I hope to God that she has not ruined anybody's recruitment by such a thoughtless and malicious comment.
Please realize that she has NO IDEA who will be cut by any house. I know girls from my highschool with none of the attributes that she has listed who had KKG/KAT, KKG/DDD, and DDD/GPB for pref.
Please follow your heart instead of wasting time with someone who has hate in their heart and is trying to mess with people.

By the way, the person who wrote comment #1 said the houses she mentioned were the top 5 houses. The actual top five houses are the five you like best. It sounds like she is trying to maybe steer you towards certain houses that SHE says are selective. You can probably guess her motive. Please don't pay attention to her. Go to the houses YOU like best.

Don'[t be ridiculous. None of the 5 mentioned houses would do anything like that. All 5 of those houses stay off this site and don't rash talk other houses or respond to silly accusations made against them. Those 5 houses work really hard to recruit girls the proper way. May be your house should try that too!

Just stop bad mouthing other houses. No house would intentionally sabotage their own recruitment. Try to concentrate on your house instead of saying bad things about others.

The original poster got all 5 top houses correct. Eiter you don't go to OU or you or out of touch with reality. Are you GDI? Sounds like it

Chi O is a top house at OSU. At OU, they are in the bottom half -- not the very bottom, but lower. And yes I do go to OU. That's how I know.

The message above is hilarious! Everyone knows the Chi Os have bad reputation at OU. She doesn't seem to realize that it's hard to recruit without saying anything about your house. The only house mentioned???? Chi O. Yes, I'd say they are the ones recruiting on greekrank and obviously continuing to have trouble with recruitment!

You might think that except...
It's wayyyy too obvious that no one would ever say that unless they had an ulterior motive.
"I know, I'll pretend to be from a lower house and tell everyone to cut the top houses. I'll insert my own lower house in there as if it were one of the top houses. Then everyone will think my lower house is sooooooo desirable.?"
"Then I'll go to the Chi O page and pretend to be a PNM writing about my experiences (only) at Chi O. I'll say how top tier they are, and how selective, and how everyone wants them at pref., etc. All the real PNMs will look at that and be fooled into thinking that I have a great house. Then we can finally get a good class!"
Sad and pathetic fail...
