These are correct and pretty close to the ranks within the tiers. Of course every house is the best at something. It's all about what you want.

Move Pi phi down and it’s correct. They are not top and NOBODY considers them top. Kappa and Theta are alone at the top!

The exception being those few that keep this crap up. And they are most likely not even actives on campus. If they were they would know this.

Pi Phi does not stand with Kappa and Theta. PBP lied about spring rushing and meeting quota, and it’s just fact that they’re not equal with KAT and KKG. If your tier includes ou phi then it should include Tri Delt and Chi O as well.
Also, g phi is not a bottom tier house in anyone’s minds. Lower middle is even too low. I’d say upper middle, above DG.
