Are they rising? They officially chartered, got their house back, they are pretty involved... I know they have work to do but am I the only one that sees them making moves in the near future?

They were throwing bids left and right and not giving a real pledgeship is the reason you see them so often

Fraternity's that continue to haze are going to be the reason for Greek Life getting shut down. Props to Pike for not hazing and focusing on the right aspects of Greek Life.

“Props to pike for not hazing and focusing on the right aspects of Greek life” I didn’t say anything about hazing I just meant there is literally NO pledgeship. You can still have a pledgeship without hazing, but I don’t see that with pike.

Cool, they are moving into a old house that will need 100s of thousands of dollars to make it even a decent chapter facility compared to others, especially after the first floor got flooded. They were new with no chapter facility, relevant history, or pledgeship process, thats what made their rush interesting and unique, now they've lost that. So now they have to completely rethink how they've been doing things if they want better members rather than trying to get more people for money and now housing expenses. Sure they'll be better than Phi Psi and Alpha Sig, maybe Pi Kap, but any higher than that they will need more than a couple more years to be in a position to be able to do that. They don't necessarily have any unique features anymore which will hurt them more than they are anticipating. They have a lot to learn and if anything should be concerned with the responsibility and potential problems that comes with having a house. They are a young chapter with a lot of dead weight in the problems they've probably gained rushing anyone, bottom line.

Stop deleting the comments to discussion questions if you don't want honest answers, I don't want to have to write my opinion again.

They def have a lot of work ahead of them. They have grown considerably (easy pledge process helps with that), they’ve rechartered, got their house back, got 2nd in U-Sing, and made Scandals as well. Think they also won the most money raised during soonerthon for a fraternity their size ~100.

In terms of momentum, they definitely have an argument for climbing up quickly, whether or not they can sustain that is entirely other question. Any fraternity would be pleased with the results that pike has managed to capture the past year, but this really has only been one year, so you have to take it with a grain of salt. A knock on them is actually the quick growth. Because of the easy pledge process, quality over quantity has definitely been an issue for them.

Up n coming, TONS of work ahead.
