tri delta
by: ?Do people really think Tri Delta is hanging on by a thread or has moved down? If so, why do people think that? I’m friends w/ girls & guys from nearly every frat & sorority on campus & no one has said this in person. I’m just curious because I’ve seen it multiple times on this website but in person people say they are pretty steady at the lower-top tier/top-middle tier.

Tri Delt is still a really solid house... they are 2nd in grades, super involved on campus, have a ton of plc/pcs girls, and placed 2nd in scandals, not to mention most of their girls are cute and nice! It's still a top or top middle house. People who say that ddd is "dropping" are trying to make their house move up in the rankings.

Your question will be answered during fall rush, which I think will be really bad for Tri Delts, given all of the problems they've had over the last couple of years. Highly recruited PNMs will avoid a house with their reputation.
