tips needed

I’ll be transferring to OU in the fall and decided to rush however I will be a junior. I know it will be really hard but I really want to give it a shot and I’m pretty sure someone told me each sorority only has a set number of upperclassmen that they will take and they put most of their focus on freshman (which is understandable). But I really want to be involved and I am coming from a school where there wasn’t many involvement opportunities. Can someone give me tips on how to stand out and just give me complete honestly about my chances. I really want to become involved and I want to put in the effort and what it takes to become part of Greek life
