Who's houses are the nicest not socially but just nicest house? Who has recently remodeled or improved their house a lot? Like best 1 or 2

AGD, Theta, and Chi O have the nicest houses. AGD’s is brand new and Chi O remodeled recently.

Alpha Phi’s house is really pretty and the girls are so sweet

Who cares? I'd think only people who grew up in crappy circumstances would care to distinguish who's house is "nicer." No girl I know would chose a sorority for that reason. In fact, most girls I know have family homes that are much nicer than any house at OU.

Right?! After living in the dorms for a year, which is what most people start off with before moving into chapter houses, anyone will settle for anything
