In any order within each tier.
I am in the top tier but have friends in multiple other houses and this is what people are saying. DDD has dropped and may fall out of the tier they are in but as of now they are holding on. AXO has stepped up their game the last 2 years and deserve to be where they are. Anyone that says they don't belong is just jealous that they have taken their spot. XO has relied on their old ranking to carry them but they just haven't gotten the quality girls they need to remain a top tier house. Pi Phi has had problems but seems to be working on them. Kappa needs to stop thinking their better than everyone...it's making people not like them or want to hang out with them but they still get great girls based on their reputation. Theta just gets good girls. May not be the pretty girls but they have good reps and good grades, for the most part...they def have the wild thetas. APhi used to get the girls who didn't get a top house bid but focused too much on looks. GPhi is a good house across the board. However, they lack a major component to make them a top tier....social! DG is a good solid house but have a reputation for partying too much. AOPi and AGD keep getting better each year.

Saying a house got “the best pledge class” sounds soooooo biased....almost like you’re in that house. Idk I’m just saying.

I mean if you care about this kind of stuff (which most top houses do), then you know this about the houses that are involved. And right now everyone that cares about this kind of stuff knows that AXO is involved in all that. I'm not an AXO and I know all this about them. I am just giving credit where credit is due...they deserve it and not hate on this site.

AXO knows they're not a top house but they think lies on greekrank might lure some girls who don't know better

AXO and APhi are no where near the same. AXO is involved all over, Using, Scandals, Won Miracle Cup, Homecoming exec, Panhellenic, has members of PCS and maybe PLC (not sure about PLC but for sure have several in PCS), CAC, etc. They have gotten involved all over plus got one of the best pledge classes this year. You can't even compare them to an APhi.
