I shouldn't have even looked at this site but I did and all the mis-ranking got to me. This is how the houses really rank at OU now. Maybe the other ranks are from some years ago idk, but this is from now.
1st level ----- Kappa, Theta, Tri Delta, Gamma Phi
2nd level ----- Pi Phi (will move up if they keep improving)
3rd level ------- Alpha Chi (improving), DG(falling)
4th level -------- Chi O, Alpha Phi (both falling)
5th level ------------- AOII (rising), AGD (staying the same)
Top: Beta, Lambda Chi, Sig Ep, SAE
Middle: Fiji, DU, ATO, Delt, Phi Kap, Phi Delt, Sigma Chi (maybe not in any order because they're all so different they're hard to rank)
Bottom: Phi Psi, Kappa Sig, KA

No one would EVER put Gamma Phi in the top unless they were GPB.
Top 5 houses(and hardest to get in)
Theta
Kappa
Tridelta
ChiO
PiPhi
A Distant 6 is Alpha Phi
Then:(much easier to get into and compete during recruitment)
DG
GPB
AXO
And finally ( great house about easy to get in)
AOPI
AGD

Comment #2 is true. And AXO usually wins that competition. Chi O is also in that mix. Kappa, Theta, Tri Delta, Gamma Phi, and to some extent Pi Phi comeptete and they end up in about that order. AOII takes better looking girls than AGD, but they'll all usually pretty sweet girls.

Return rates are a closely guarded secret -no one knows them! Besides, the top 4 houses are without a doubt KKG, KAT, DDD, and GPB. No one doubts this (except apparently you LOL!). Next is PBP. If you're the one that commented that Chi O belongs in the top five, you've been drinking their koolaid! Chi O competes with DG, AXO, and A Phi.

2. No one knows return rates at OU. They do at OSU, but not at OU.

To comment #1 - Chi O competes with DG, AP, and AXO. Of these houses, last year AXO won rush. Chi O and AP came in second/third, and DG came in 4th. That's as far as the selectivity of the houses goes. Pi Phi also competed in this group somewhat but took the cream of the crop. They also competed with the top houses. I'm surprised you'd put Chi O in that group.

Gamma Phi doesn't need to prove themselves to you. They are already a top house. If you don't think they are, then cut them after the first day. But for sure, get your information on recruitment from greekrank. There's one girl that can even tell you how to have a PERFECT recruitment!

Luckily, it's all here on greekrank for everyone to see (unless you pay to have some of the more outrageous ones erased like you did with the post on winnings.)

completely hilarious reply since the original is much better -chio is not a top house and saying it over and over and over doesn't make it one -it just makes it look worse because you're trying to drum up business for chio on freaking greekrank! same goes for aphi -they are more like below alpha chi and above aopi
