This is the accurate rankings. You will see a lot of rankings with some of the lower houses trying to move themselves up on greek rank. Hard to imagine why, but it's true.
Top: Tri Delt, Theta, Kappa, Gamma Phi
Top Middle, Can be Top: Pi Phi
Middle: DG
Lower Middle: Chi O, Alpha Phi, Alpha Chi
Bottom: AOII, AGD
Top: Beta, Lambda Chi, Sig Ep, SAE
Middle: Fiji, DU, ATO, Delt, Phi Kap, Phi Delt, Sigma Chi
Bottom: Phi Psi, Kappa Sig, KA

Kappa is definitely top house until they prove they're not. It's the presumption of the the president's trophy. If you win that, you win top house.

They are a great house. But it's not because they won president's trophy they won it because they are a great house. You're "presumption" thing is just your opinion. That's not how people rank top house, it's done by the girls in the house and the way they treat people etc...and how many girls want to pledge them especially!
