how comes alpha phi isn’t a top house?

The house is full beautiful, stunning, and hot girls whom are so stunning with lots of followers and likes on their social media. They are at all the bars, parties, and fun events. They are always dressed to the nines. The ones whom I know and am friends with are really sweet and super fun to go out with.
Why isn’t this house top?! Why are houses like Theta and Tri Delt heavily sought after instead?

I think you answered your own question in your post. See once you get older and not still in that high school mentality you start to realize that just being hot and partying isn’t actually what makes you popular. Being successful makes you popular. Alpha Phis are ONLY known for partying and sleeping around. Yes SOME of the girls are 10s but if you look around, every house has really attractive girls (a phi jut chooses to advertise it). The girls that are actually popular are the ones that win homecoming and place top in grades and are involved in every part of campus life. That is REAL popularity. That’s how you make friends across campus and become known.

Actually, Tri Delta has the highest return rate during recruitment and A Phi one of the lowest. So yeah otherwise what she says is right and most girls don't want A Phi.
