rushing as an old sophomore

I’m a sophomore but the age of a junior because I took a year off to travel. I have a lot of friends in several houses (Kappa, Theta, Chi O) I was wondering if it’s even worth it for me to rush in the fall because of my age. I’m transferring from a smaller school, so I think it would be a good way to get involved with the OU community. I do have bad blood with some girls from high school in other houses though, even the ones I have friends in (Tri Delt, Kappa, Alpha Phi, Alpha Chi O) so is it even worth it? Or will the girls from high school mixed with my age keep me from getting in?

The age isn’t a problem but you having problems w that many girls in different house is lol....

I'd say give it a try, you never know what could happen and it really is the best way to get involved. If that's what you're looking for, and not the status, then try it and see how it goes. Some of the top houses cut older girls early but it could help if you have friends in the houses, but other than that, the middle/low houses (which are still great btw and have awesome sisterhood) would want you!
