top 5
by: OUIm very curious to know what qualities make the "top 5" houses top houses. Because there are many comments on this site that make those houses seem like high school drama, while people say that "middle tier" houses are nice and genuine. Why?

The top 5 houses are the ones that during rush get the most involved girls with the best grades and resumes--the girls want to be involved on campus and in the sorority and that's what makes them top houses. I wouldn't say that all the top houses have high school drama, maybe 1 or 2 of them. Theta, Tri Delt, and Pi Phi are best known for having genuine and sweet girls. What sets the top 5 apart from the middle houses is the level of involvement, academics, etc. These houses have the most girls in PLC, PCS, CAC, Soonerhton, Relay, etc.

Girls that are all wrapped up in tiers are the insecure ones. Girls who are pretty secure in themselves go to houses where they meet girls that they have a lot in common with. Some houses take a lot of girls from one house and it seems like high school all over but most don't.

I’d believe what Greek says except some of the “top” houses she lists aren’t top in grades or involvement. If that was really what is was based off then the top houses would be different. And it is most definitely changing after the last few years.
