gallogly says no action will be taken against ddd

In the live press conference today, Gallogly said no action will be taken against the Tri-Delta organization due to it being an isolated, off-campus incident that did not take place during a university-sanctioned event. The two students involved chose to withdraw from OU and the administration is investigating the involvement of a third person.

SAE did not happen on campus either. It happened on a party bus and they still got kicked off campus.

SAE was a fraternity function which is a big deal. This was just 2 drunks showing their true colors off campus.
