IF Zeta were to be coming back, that would be very selective about their first group. They wouldn't be selecting the same type of girls that they had 20 years ago.

@xoxo - It doesn't quite take "years" for a new chapter to come back, but there is a set process. Panhellenic has to decide that we need and can support a new chapter for the campus. After Panhellenic decides "yes", they can do a couple of actions:

#1- They can go to all of the groups that used to be at OU and ask if any are interested in returning. Alpha Xi Delta, Phi Mu, Zeta Tau Alpha, Alpha Delta Pi, Sigma Delta Tau, Kappa Delta, Alpha Epsilon Phi, Delta Phi Epsilon, and Sigma Sigma Sigma have all had chapters here that closed. Some might be interested, some not. If only 1 group is interested, a decision is made when they will come back.

#2- Or, Panhellenic can send out an announcement to all of the sororities that aren't at OU and ask who is interested. All interested groups would send in information and Panhellenic would select 2-4 to come and make presentations. The groups would come and present, and then be voted on by Panhellenic on who would be the best fit. The sorority is invited and a date for colonization is set.

I was trying to decide what to think about the black face scandals. I started to think it was a disgrace but I wasn't old enough to think it. lol
