spring recruitment

I've just read a bunch of spring recruitment. Yesterday it was announced which houses were eligible. Now some are saying they're not participating. THEY DON'T HAVE TO. They're saying that other houses are spring recruiting. THEY'RE LYING. NO OTHER HOUSES ARE ELIGIBLE. Some idiot has the idea that spring recruitment is bad and so they're going after certain houses. STOP. It's not even bad. Girls graduate early and some national orgs require recruitment if eligible. Others have different new member programs and prohibit extra recruitment. IT DOESN'T MEAN ANYTHING.
