These houses are eligible to spring recruit:A Phi, Pi Phi, DG, AGD, and AOP. Idk if any will actually do it. Pretty sure that if Pi Phi does recruit it's only going to be one or two girls and it will be very quiet. Oh, yeah, and they'll also be girls who already are best friends with girls in the house. It won't be random girls they just met.

DG is eligible. Whether or not they do it is completely up to them.They have the right to conduct recruitment under their own terms. Besides, it's not bad for them to do it.
