Sig Nu, Kappa Sig, ATO, Fiji, Beta, Sig Ep have the nicest houses

1. Beta: Historic house with huge capacity and a lecture hall in basement.
2. Sigma Nu:have individual rooms and the big ass balcony, newest house on campus
3. Kappa Sigma: Probably the nicest interior of all the houses, big backyard
4. Fiji: Historic house, backyard
5. ATO: Nice House with a bit of a backyard
6. Sig Ep: Nice House with a cool basement, but no exterior additions to house
7. Sigma Chi: Decent house, cool darty area
8. Phi Delt: Decent House, a lot of outside area, but small af rooms
9. Delt: Courtyard...thats all
10. Lambda: Would be a lot higher but in the middle of no where and they keep the house in the worst condition in comparison to a lot of others, the basement is appalling
11. Pi Kap: good sized house with backyard but age is catching up with it fast
12. Phi Psi: old house near campus with a nice basement, that's all
13. DU: small af, not very well kept
14. KA's old house: very small, but nice for what its worth.
15. skulls old house: classic, but small af too
