Thetas are weird and socially awkward. No doubt they were once a top house at OU, but that has changed. Oh, and their looks have taken a drastic nosedive over the past few years...yikes!

I'm not a Pi Phi, but am in another of the top houses that you mentioned and have lots of Pi Phi friends...NO DOUBT that Pi Phi ranks ahead of Tri Delt. It would be great if DDD would give this website a rest for just one day. Y'all have made a full time job out of trying to convince people that you're top tier...hilarious! By the way, I cut Tri Delt during rush and kept Pi Phi until pref night...easy decision!
