what's the big deal with kappa's rush?

Am I the only one who isn't in the know on this? Not in a "top" house but figured I would have heard something. Is it a spillover from last year, or what?

Not sure, but we'll know more after classes today. They had some nasty stuff last year but don't know about this year.

A couple of girls cut all girls from their own high school like last year, because they don't want it to come out that they're just boring posers who have to buy friends. Sorry to sound mean but it's the truth and everyone in the house knows it.

It’s the same girls trying to be something they’re not.... popular without any competition. I remember last year those girls were just awkward and downright weird. I got my pref and hope the other girls end up where they belong. It’s really not supposed to be this way.

So I read on another post they've blacklisted PCN girls. I'm planning to rush next fall but don't want to deal with that. Help. Any advice?

You might try to find out who the girls were and get their story. I'd start with the high school grapevine.

Shouldn't be an issue going forward. The troublemaker will be kicked to the curb next rush because her weird sister will be gone. No voice, no drama.

I heard they know who's causing it and are dealing with it internally to prevent it from happening next year.

This tidbit actually made it all the way down to my old high school in TX. I was asked if it was true and I said all I knew was what I heard.
