top house rumors (and also alpha phi news)

“Pi Phi didn’t make quota & had to snap bid. Theta had low return rates. Tri Delt & Chi O did well as they have the past few years but with strong seniors leaving what will happen next year? . Kappa did well but has major issues in house with in house vs PNM drama. Alpha Phi did well with the usual pretty girls but they have lower grade requirebts than top tier houses so they get girls who weren’t the best ior brightest & who really like to party. “
This sounds like rumors & jealousy. How can anyone know any of this for sure? Not possible.

Phi Phi was eligible for COB this year, however Phi Phi has chosen not to participate in COB. I know AGD, APhi, gave snap bids this year.
