rushing as a junior

I’m planning to transfer from tx to OU next year. Is rushing as a junior rare here? What if I have connections?

I wouldn't even try. Juniors have very slim odds. Even sophomores have a hard time. Try to rush or COB at your school currently and transfer tbh
