The best of all houses is the one that you like the girls in most and that likes you the best. That's called mutual selection.

Did you even bother to look at any other topics before posting? It is the #1 discussed topic on this site. Also, good luck getting a definitive answer when so many houses promote their own. Make up your own mind during rush and don’t be so consumed with what anyone else considers to be the best.
