honesty needed!

by: PNM

No holds, honest opinion between Kappa and Theta. I heard lots of drama in Kappa’s last pledge class. I have best friends in both. Which do I choose?

Probably neither. Your friends mean nothing, and if you actually had friends there, you'd ask them, not an anonymous site full of fakes and trolls.

Kappa and Theta are both great sororities, you really can’t go wrong with either one. The thing is you want to look for a house that you fit in the most at. During rush you will figure out which feels like home. But also keep in mind you don’t necessarily get to choose what house your in. If you get the option of kappa and theta on pref night, you will more than likely know which one is for you by then. Try not to have any preconceived ideas of the houses before you go. If you really like those houses then be prepared to work for it. Try to keep an open mind, you may fall in love with a completely different house than you would’ve thought. i’m not gonna state my opinion on either, both houses are considered one of the best on campus. They are both sororities that a lot of girls would love to pledge, but unfortunately they aren’t easy to get into. So be sure you put the effort in to deserve a spot in one of those houses.

Go through recruitment and then decide. Why would you ask anonymous people who don't even know you? That's so ridiculous I can't even believe it.

Good idea. Anyway, you sound more like you'd be a good fit for AOII. Pretty sure Kappa and Theta wouldn't want a girl who makes up her mind about something important by looking for opinions online.

You won’t be choosing! They will. Both of those sororities along with Pi Phi, Chi O and several other houses have their choice of a lot of beautiful, talented girls from high profile areas with high GPA’s. It’s a numbers game. Just because you have a lot of friends in the house doesn’t matter ... so does everyone else. Are you a legacy, have a sitting sister? Do they need girls that sing? Girls with high GPA’s? Girls who can dance? You are already setting yourself up for disappointment. And, don’t let the other houses hear you are “deciding” between the two because the others will all probably drop you! Good luck!
